The RiderValley Group, based in Aix en Provence and founded in 2009, designs, manufactures and markets motorcycle helmets, clothing and footwear for two-wheel motorists through its three brands Astone Helmets®; V’Quattro Design® and Overlap®. Each brand is positioned differently on the motorcycle equipment market. RiderValley also develops specific products upon request (e.g. “Axa Sauve tes doigts” campaign, Sao Paolo police).

RiderValley is aware of the economic climate and as such has oriented its strategy on the development of innovative, quality products, while positioning itself as the best value for money.

The group manages the entire product chain, from design, to distribution, through to manufacturing.

– The French product development team focuses on the quality of products by selecting the best materials, optimising the cuts and design concepts and ensuring the details of finishes.

– The Group’s Asian subsidiary, which is responsible for production control, makes every effort to meet quality requirements in compliance with European standards for personal protective equipment.

The RiderValley group aims to triple its activity over the next five years, thanks in particular to the fund-raising that took place during the summer of 2016. Several means of action have been put in place: diversification of the product ranges, team strengthening and supply optimisation.
The Group’s brands are already established in France, Spain and Italy in over 1,500 shops. The Group is ambitious to increase its distribution in specialist shops and e-commerce sites. To expand in Europe, RiderValley is strengthening its distribution with strategic partners.
